Due to the unique nature of these products, Custom Ordered Items are non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances, except if they arrive damaged or were produced incorrectly by the manufacturer. Please verify all specifications before placing a custom order.
Other Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked "Final Sale" or "Clearance".
- Products that have been installed or used (depending on brand partner).
- Products returned without a Return Authorization (RA) number.

To facilitate an exchange for a different item (e.g., different model or color), you must follow a two-step process:
- Return: Initiate a standard return for the original item (subject to restocking fees and shipping costs).
- Repurchase: Once the original return is acknowledged and accepted by the supplier, you can then place a new, separate order for the correct product.

- Shipment: Clearly mark the RA number on the return package and ship according to the instructions provided. Returns without an RA number will be refused.
💰 Refunds
- Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment minus any applicable restocking fees.
- Please allow 5-10 business days after the supplier confirms acceptance for the refund to reflect in your account.
